History
My journey began with a love for teaching, training, and creating environments where people can thrive—no matter their background or learning style. Over the year I have led teams, managed complex projects, and designed large-scale learning experiences across EMEA, APAC, and North America and lived and worked in Ireland, England, France, and Spain, all experiences that shaped my commitment to embracing Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) in the workplace. Along the way, I earned a Master’s in Behavioral and Organizational Psychology, which further solidified my belief that organizational success is deeply tied to understanding and supporting human behavior.
From my early days facilitating workshops for local organizations to collaborating with multinational companies on comprehensive Learning & Development initiatives, my approach has always been hands-on, empathetic, and data-driven. I’ve witnessed firsthand how mindful leadership and inclusive cultures can spark innovation and drive sustainable growth.
