From culture strategy to retreat design, from leadership coaching to inclusive learning programmes, my approach is collaborative, evidence-based, and deeply human. With a Master’s in Behavioural and Organisational Psychology and decades of leadership experience, I support purpose-driven teams across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas.
I’m also a strong advocate for neurodiversity, drawing on my lived experience with ADHD and Aphantasia to design spaces where all kinds of minds can thrive.
